Every morning from 7:30, in sunny or rainy days, Cristiano brings us freshly-baked bread and pastries, to which we add tarts and handmade cakes like “Sbriciolona” cake, apple and pine nuts cake, coconut and chocolate cake and many others…

In summer the fruit corner increases  with the local production: cherries in June, plums and apricots in July and the delicious figs from the second half of August.

We favor zero miles products like jam from local organic farming, the excellent honey of our hills, boiled eggs, butter, fresh milk, yoghurt and 100 % umbrian cheeses. During Easter time we recreate the atmosphere of the traditional rural breakfast in Umbria with the well-known cheese pie, very good with Norcia’s cold cuts, and a glass of good “Vernaccia “ wine.

High quality gluten free products, soy and rice milk complete our buffet selection, because we want you to enjoy your stay, eating with pleasure and without troubles.
